This is a placeholder page; it needs proper attribution and an introduction to the guide.

There are a number of open to-do items on GitHub; lots of polish and usability work.

How to read this guide #

The navigation on the left links to the guide’s major sections.

If a section has subsections, those will be navegable with the hyperlinks on the right. For a direct link to any heading on the site, use those right-hand-nav permalinks or the octothorpe by the heading on hover.

The Search bar in the upper-lef-hand corner offers full-text search of the sections of the guide; for example, search for Maybeck.

Addenda/annotations appear in color-coded sections.
